Before your first use, remember to remove the safety tab in between the batteries of the LED light.

Attach the silicon mouth tray to the LED light

Insert gel into mouth tray

STEP 3

Apply half the gel in the pod to the upper mouth tray and the remaining half to lower mouth tray.

Put the mouth tray into mouth and press the button to turn on the timer light. This will turn off after 30 minutes.

    DO NOT BUY! I have purchased two now and both had the same problems, both never had eight cleaning pods as described, one had seven and the other six. However, both stopped working after two months. After two months both UV lights failed and made a buzzing noise that could only be turned of with the batteries taken out - both! DO JOT BUY!

      My teeth was not that bad already but this product is a complety waste of money...no change in two months, no refills available, the light is not powerful, the gel is crap and have no peroxide so it won't change the color of your teeth at all.
