      As well, using IEMs and low impedance mode enabled, there’s a very noticeable and loud white noise.

      Previously had been using the TC-Helicon GoXLR mini for my audio routing needs. Upgraded to the StreamDeck+ and XLR dock pack just this week and I am already noticing how much more control I have over my audio. The added benefit of the StreamDeck+ having the 8 action buttons on top of the audio knobs is a great addition also.

      When it works, it's awesome. However it seems the software is buggy and the hardware is useless without the software. Constant freezes happen where I have to unplug and replug the device(why they don't have a on/off button is crazy) it has been nothing but frustrating to deal with.
