The saw on being delivered was well packaged in a good secure case which makes it veasy to transport (if required).
I am experienced at using these types of Chain saws and I found this saw easy to use and "Non Agrressive " when using. I used it to cut some branches and logs I had in my garage, and found it cut these logs which were around 8" in diameter with ease (see picture).
I also like the oil reservoir, which is easily visible to allow you to monitor the oil level and prevent the oil running dry and potentialy damaging the saw.
Accessories included in the case include, safety glasses, safety gloves, two batteries and a spare chain, and of course easy to read operating instructions.
I do think this saw would suit new users and those looking to upgrade there current portable chain saws
