Despite not having connected a washing machine in years, I found the setup process intuitive due to clear instructions.       Fantastic washer, I love the washer machine, I always buy Hoover washer and dryers. It's very quiet and easy to use. My 10kg load is great, I definitely recommend it and great value for money. Delivery was very good, it came a later then expected but the delivery men were very professional and lovely, very happy with it. Very sturdy and no moving about.

      After not having a working washing machine for over 1 week I am delighted with this. It’s quiet enough, washing clothes great and simple to use. Also love the fact you can lock the buttons after setting a washing because I have 2 toddlers who LOVE to push buttons. I also paid the extra £30 for the delivery men to deinstall and remove my old machine and unpack and install my new one. Honestly can’t rate them highly enough. They were professional, quick and really tidy. They were even trying to pick up tiny bits of polystyrene that had came from the new machines packing. Such great value for money adding that service on. Even though my old machine was 7kg and this new one is 9kg the overall machine is thinner in size and fits into the space for my machine better. Also love the fact you can change the spin speed and temperature easily. The buttons are quite sensitive as they are touch screen which suits me great! Highly recommend the machine and the service provided by Amazon!

      INITIAL REVIEW. Seems like a nice machine, easy to operate. Only arrived today, but all up and running. Drum seems much bigger than our old kg machine. Delivery men were really good and carried to our kitchen for us. 😊

      Only downside - the pipes are very short. If the drain pipe had been on the RH side, we'd of been ok, but it was on the LH side so wouldn't reach. Thought it was going to be a simple job of unplugging the old one and plugging in a new one. Instead we've had to swap over our dishwasher to make it work. 😒Otherwise we'd of had to go buy an extension kit. We've used the old water feed pipe, but again the one it comes with is pretty short and would not have reached.
      So all in all not an easy installation.

      Also don't pay to take your old machine away. There are plenty of scrap metal firms out there who will take the old one for free!

      I also paid Amazon for 5 years warranty, but it comes with a 9 year parts guarantee (you have to pay their engineers to fix it though, so probably worth paying the Amazon extra for peace of mind) 😉

      ***Update
      Machine died after first full spin. We were not aware of transit bolts. Nothing on packaging to warn us. Should be a big sticker on the back. Not covered by warranty. Gutted. Can't believe we're the only ppl to make this mistake. Having taken out the old machine, thought it was simple to install the new one. It's one of those things where lack of knowledge can be expensive. Wanted to put on here to warn others, who like us were unaware of these bolts.
      We've always bought second hand, so our first time of buying from new, and it's lasted 1 wash ! 😒

      Washer works well, spins well and quieter than my previous machine, I paid for the unpacking installation and take away service which was well worth it, I also chose to spread the cost interest free over 5 months which is always helpful with times being hard as they are for most of us ! All in all very happy with it all
