      I love my Bear 2, it took a while getting used to the settings but after following a well known YouTube channel and committing to how she uses the devices I see results, but I also have been every night been using the forei moisturiser and every other night using the mask and wow I'm so so pleased their products actually do work, I've had such amazing support from foreo customer services your not just a person buying items your an actual person their care about.
      And a new chapters just started as ive now purchased the Luna 4, and wow I was so naive by thinking a face cloth and my foreo cleanser, I soon found out that's not any good, as you don't feel fully cleansed, follow the youtuber that's always got great footage and does real time cleaning. Don't hesitate to buy one, you won't be disappointed 😉

      I've been using this for 3 weeks now, and have noticed that my skin feels firmer - I also quite enjoy the treatment time, particularly the lymphatic drainage setting and this really is good for your health. The device is easy to use/set up the app and as I'm new to this kind of thing I've been using the pre-set routines. They guide you through what to do on the app, and it only takes a few minutes so is easy enough to slot into your skincare routine. On some on the higher intensity settings I do feel a slight tingling in my skin, but it's not unpleasant and you can turn down the intensity if you're bothered by it.
      I can't say as I've tried the Foreo serum - I was shocked at the price so found a cheaper alternative and have also tried aloe vera gel which is recommended by many users. You do need to use some form of serum to help it glide and conduct. I do feel that the machine ought to have come with some serum included as it was disappointing to have it arrive and not be able to experiment and try it out that day - particularly given the price which is really quite top end.
      Overall I do think it's a great little tool for skin that's starting to age/needs a little tlc and while it's expensive it is easy to use daily (recommended for best results) at home and so small so easy to take away. You will likely save money on facials, just perhaps investigate alternative serums to the branded version to keep it affordable going forwards...

      It really annoyed me that I couldn't just use this straight out the box. You need to use with a water based serum to aid the conductivity. I find it really annoying if I'm spending that amount of money on something to have to then purchase an additional item on top. They should put even just a tester size in with it.

      Once I had purchased some serum (not theirs, as its too expensive) I used the device every day for a week. Its not made a huge difference in that time. But there is a very very slight change.

      It's easy enough to use. Long hold turns on. Then toggle thru the intensity. You can download the app (and make a free account) and it syncs with your device and guides you through some routines. Which is helpful in the beginning to get used to the device as it controls the intensity and the video shows you where to apply and when.

      It did tingle a little mainly near my hair line. But it's pain-free. Simple to use. Easy to target certain areas. It's very ergonomic in your hand and only a quick 5 mins daily so it's easy to incorporate into your routine.

      It's pricey. But in par with other brands. I am miffed about the lack of serum though for the price you pay.

      A few brand are making similar devices that generate impulses allegedly beneficial to revitalize my skin but none of them even gets close to the price of this one and surely £379 is pretty difficult to justify even if surely I do like the quality of build and find the reliability of the brand a plus point.
      Using the device is straightforward and the professionality of Foreo is also evident by the quality of the App that I have installed on my phone.
      Overall I believe (or want to believe) that it works but the price should be cut in half
