I got this because not only does it do all the different pods but it also does ground coffee. This little machine hides a beast! Compact, easy to use, comes with the different pod holders/ground coffee etc. love the bar display on top which indicates how much and how long is left (the bars light up initially and go out as the coffee is dispensed. The instructions say it can do cold coffee too - haven’t tried that but tbh I use it every day flipping from different companies pods easily. If you like a variety of coffee then this is definitely the machine for you. Easy to clean, easy to swap pod dispenser, a doddle to fill with water and one touch for a great brew.

We have a fancy Nespresso machine from a well known italian manufacturer which froths milk, makes cappuccino and latte and currently retails at well over £300.

Whilst this doesn't make fancy milky stuff, it does a far better job of extracting everything from the pods and provided a far tastier and smoother drink. Given that it also let's you use whatever ground coffee you want, along with most other pods available in the UK, this offers considerably better value.

It takes up very little space and the build quality for something obtained for such a reasonable price, far exceeded what was expected. I incorrectly suspected that it might be plasticky and otherwise insubstantial for the cost and owing to the relatively unknown brand but I've been pleasantly surprised in all areas.

Update: the drinks from this were never piping hot and putting unheated milk or cream in didn't help. Unfortunately, this became a deal-breaker when, after a month or two, the best it could produce was a warm drink. By the time the milk went in, it was pretty much room temperature. Sent back for a full refund.

I have experienced other coffee machines of this style and this is far and away the best. The build quality is is good and all types of pod can be used. The controls are logical and sensible. I've given 4 stars for ease of use because it only takes small cups, but other folk will be happy with this. Under "easy to clean" I've also given 4 stars because (in common with all machines of this style) the seal on the water tank dribbles slightly. But if you are happy to mop up the drips occasionally, then you will be happy. And it looks businesslike rather than a peice of art in your otherwise functional kitchen.

Wife has managed to get rid of nearly all her other Coffee machines, except the Tassimo. Works well have tried it on all pods apart from the 44mm, the ground coffee works well too. Definitely recommend this, it's saved on space in the worktops, but sure the wife will find something else to fill the gap with.

Works well but some improvements for further generation of this machine would be more consistency in amount of water dispensed which can vary even though maintain same volume settings. Taller to accommodate taller mugs. Label to specify what mL volume of water each bar on the water volume setting indicator represents. Higher pressure and higher water temperature. Ability to handle 2 pods at same time. Despite these improvements that could be made, very good machine which makes very good coffee from all different pod types. Highly recommend.

I love this machine! It holds any pod I choose to buy and makes great coffee. Easy to set up and use and I have even bought one for my son to use. It replaced my Nespresso machine as you can use the pods from Nespresso in it too. Very versatile. Doesn't take up much room on the side board and comes with different attachments for ground coffee and different sized pods etc and takes all of 3 seconds to switch out the attachments.
