These little lights are really nice. They have a good light output and are a great price. In fact i'll be buying more. Each spherical lamp is a nice size with a coloured filament (as opposed to coloured acrylic) which means that the colour remains constant and doesn't fade with sunlight and weathering. The lamps screw into the lamp holder and so can be replaced and the five colours swapped around to suit personal preference. Each lamp holder has a small moulded hook can be an advantage during installation. The end of the string has a weatherproof plug permitting the string to be extended (with a second string from the same manufacturer). The only downside for me is the length of the mains end (about 2m). I believe most users would require a lead of maybe 5, or 6m (or produce a custom-made extension available as an accessory) to reach a convenient power supply. I'm delighted with this purchase and will certainly buy again.
