Simply Overpriced
The BetterVits tablets contain 3 types of magnesium together with vitamin D3 and zinc. You have to take 2 tablets in order to get 60% of the RI of magnesium and 75% of the RI of zinc, vitamin D3 is covered with just one tablet. The tablets are very large which makes them harder to swallow than the ones that I normally take. I take magnesium because I found that it was actually helping reduce the severity of some heart palpitations that I was experiencing last year, since these symptoms have virtually gone now, I can’t comment on the effectiveness of these tablets unless those symptoms return while taking them. I do think that the cost of these tablets is prohibitively expensive though even taking into consideration the use of Glycinate and Citrate compounds and the addition of zinc and vitamin D3.

    Really good. I started using them as I found Magnesium should help for sleep and so far my sleep has improved a lot. I find myself wake up less at night and sleeping through more and more. Wery happy. Have used them about 1 1/2 months now and see myself continuing to do so. Only reason for 4 and not 5 stars is the price, it's a bit steep unfortunately.
