I also meant to say that the 'Merry Christmas' box it arrived in was GREAT packaging!! Perfect for me because I currently have a painful neck, so the heat from this lovely scarf is really helping! It's soft to touch, neat looking and the 3 heat settings work well. Arrived the next day and a nice email came from the seller - which I thought was a nice touch :) I just wish they did it in black because I would already have ordered one! Thank You!!

I do not recommend this item to anybody. It is a very dangerous fire hazard only after having the heated scarf on for 30 minutes. Did it burn a hole in the material?
