What to expect from this book - from the author
'The aim of this book is to encourage and inspire a little bit of creativity every day for a whole year, by giving you daily artistic challenges and teaching you how to find inspiration for creativity in your day-to-day life. At the beginning of the book, there is a space for you to set yourself some goals. Refer back to these goals every now and again, and tick them off when you have achieved them.
It's often impossible to separate our creative expression from the way we are feeling, and lots of artists use their emotions to drive and inspire the iin their work. The activities in this book have been loosely sorted into four categories, each associated with a mood so that, if you want to, you can select a task that is best suited to how you feel in that moment. Break your inhibitions and enjoy yourself
Wanted something to help me get back into art and creativity. This is really good. I’m a bit old school in that you don’t scribble on a printed book, but this is easily overcome when you make your first marks. I have certainly found that you need to dive into this to get started but once you do it is well worth it. Love the exercise of putting smiley faces on yellow circles, made me smile.

O livro chegou rápido e com a aparência muito boa, poucos amassados na capa. Porém está com dezenas de páginas cortadas com um estilete perto da lombada na parte interna, por alto umas 30 páginas estão faltando. É uma situação frustrante, mas espero que seja resolvida. Entrei em contato com o vendedor para a troca. Tenho interesse em ter o livro, não estou optando pela devolução. Gostaria de saber se já saiu da fábrica/editora desse jeito ou se foi estragado propositadamente por alguém, pois os cortes são muito grosseiros para não terem sido percebidos em alguma etapa da separação ou do controle de qualidade.
